July 3, 2009 - MedCalc compatibility logo for Windows 7

MedCalc is one of the first programs that have obtained the official "Compatible with Windows 7" logo.

Software with the Compatible with Windows 7 logo is certified to be virus free, to install and uninstall cleanly, and to integrate seamlessly in Windows 7.

The new Windows version "Windows 7" will be released on October 22nd 2009.

February 2, 2009 - MedCalc software named Microsoft Gold Certified Partner

MedCalc Software is proud to announce that it has attained Gold Certified Partner status in the Microsoft Partner Program for the fourth consecutive year with competencies in ISV Software solutions. MedCalc Software has earned Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status by demonstrating expertise with Microsoft technologies and a proven ability to meet customers' needs.

December 31, 2008 - Customer Satisfaction Survey

We thank our customers who voluntarily participated in our 2008 Customer Satisfaction Survey. The survey shows a Net Satisfaction NSAT score of 183 (100-120 is considered 'good'), which is still an improvement over the result of the 2007 survey.

Analysis of the results indicates that

• 100% of participants are satisfied with the software
• 98% would recommend the software to their colleagues
• 97% would repurchase the program

The survey was conducted by an independent research company (TNS Prognostics), and was sponsored by Microsoft as a benefit of membership in the Microsoft partner program.

A comprehensive customer satisfaction survey shows that 100% of our users are satisfied with our software, among which 82% are very satisfied. These results put us at the top of participating software companies in our country.

March 7, 2007 - MedCalc 9 receives the "Certified for Windows Vista" logo

The "Certified for Windows Vista" logo is a compatibility designation for applications and devices that have passed a rigorous testing program on computers that are running Windows Vista. The technical requirements for this designation target four core areas: reliability, security, compatibility with Windows Vista and future operating systems, and installation and removal.

December 14, 2005 - MedCalc Software accepted as Microsoft Gold Certified Partner

MedCalc Software, an independent scientific software developer, achieved the Gold Certified Partner level in the Microsoft partner Program. Microsoft describes Gold Certified Partners as "the elite Microsoft Business Partners who earn the highest customer endorsement".

The Microsoft Gold Certified level will continue to distinguish MedCalc Software in the marketplace, but most importantly, the enhancement of our relationship with Microsoft will further strengthen our capacity to develop well-designed software for the Windows platform.

January 11, 2005 - MedCalc succesfully passes the Microsoft Platform Test for ISV Solutions

The Microsoft Platform Test for Independent Software Vendors (ISV) Solutions identifies software that appropriately targets Microsoft operating systems and technologies, and is performed by VeriTest, a third-party testing and verification firm.

This test is the first step in the software certification process required to join the ISV/Software Solutions Competency as a Microsoft Certified Partner.

July 8, 2004 - MedCalc Verified for Windows Server 2003

MedCalc successfully passed the "Verified for Windows Server 2003™" test (July 2004).

The Verified for Windows Server 2003 Test Specification (PDF - 176 KB) was developed by Microsoft to identify applications that run successfully on Windows Server™ 2003.

This certification assures customers that:

• MedCalc will install onto Microsoft Windows Server™ 2003 by means of a robust installation that helps minimize conflicts among shared components
• MedCalc will run on Microsoft Windows Server™ 2003 and is unlikely to cause Microsoft Windows Server ™ 2003 to become unstable
• MedCalc un-installs cleanly from Windows™ 2003 Server.
• MedCalc meets basic security requirements for Windows Server™ 2003.

The test was performed by VeriTest, a third-party testing and verification firm.
