Kaplan-Meier survival curve
Description: A downward sloping plot of the cumulative chance (y-axis) of surviving during time periods (x-axis).
Requires: One continuous variable (Time), one dichotomous variable (Endpoint), optionally: one categorical variable (subgroups).
Command: Kaplan-Meier survival curve

 | |
Cox proportional regression: survival curves
Description: Downward sloping plots of the cumulative chance (y-axis) of surviving during time periods (x-axis).
Requires: One continuous variable (Time), one dichotomous variable (Endpoint), and one or more continuous or categorical variables expected to influence surival probability.
Command: Cox proportional regression
|
|
 | |
Forest plot: odds ratio
Description: Odds ratio in different studies + total odds ratio.
Requires: Variables containing information on different studies: total number of cases and number of positive cases in intervention and control groups.
Command: Meta-analyis: odds ratio
|
|
 | |
Forest plot: standardized mean difference
Description: Standardized mean difference (SMD) in different studies + total SMD.
Requires: Variables containing information on different studies: total number of cases, mean and standard deviation in intervention and control groups.
Command: Meta-analyis: continuous measure
|
|
 | |
Control chart
Description: Measurements are plotted consecutively. "Control" and "Warning" limits are displayed based on user selections. If an observations falls outside these limits, specific rules can be applied to decide whether a process is out of control.
Requires: one continuous variable.
Command: Control chart
|
|
 | |
Serial measurements
Description: Serial measurements are plotted against time. Several curve statistics can be displayed, e.g. the area under the curve.
Requires: 2 continuous variables (measurement, time)
Command: Serial measurements
